Get the words and thoughts out of your head and onto the screen or paper.

Breathe.

Turn the page and begin to forgive. You’ve made mistakes. You’re not perfect.

Never perfect.

The only certain thing is you’ll stumble again — maybe at the same point, maybe further along.

Breathe. Write. Forgive.

And then live.
